Bus Driver--Relief: Substitute positions are available for candidates interested in providing transportation services on a per diem basis. Split shifts, primarily weekdays.  We will train.  Ideal position if you are semi-retired/or looking to work on an on-call basis.  Must have a clean driving record, no lifting restrictions, and meet NYS-mandated driving and physical requirements for school bus drivers. Starts at $9.30/hour.

 

Direct Support Professional-Day Habilitation Relief:  Positions are available working in our day habilitation program on a per diem basis.  Assist group leader in the delivery of services and supports to adults with disabilities. Requires a high school diploma and no lifting restrictions.  Starts at $9.30/hour.

 

Direct Support Professional-Residential:  Positions are currently available for candidates interested in providing supports for adults with disabilities. Requires a high school diploma, ability to provide personal care and physical assistance, and a clean and valid driver’s license.  Full time evening and overnight positions and a part time evening position are available. We are also looking for relief staff to work on a per diem basis. Starts at $9.77/hour.

                

House Supervisor: Supervise day-to-day operations in a residential setting providing supports to people with developmental disabilities. Provide on-site orientation and hands-on training for staff. Ensure that documentation is accurate and complete and provide oversight so that the needs of the individuals in the residence are being met. Function as the administrator on call on a rotating basis.  Associate’s degree in human services or equivalent preferred.  Supervisory experience, clean and valid driver’s license, and ability to provide personal care and physical assistance required.  Must have sound judgment, be creative and reliable, and have excellent oral and written communication skills.  Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings, and perform on call duties as needed.  Prior experience working in a residential setting a plus.

 

Records Clerk:  Provides clerical and secretarial support in a fast-paced office. Organize and maintain agency records and files. Ensure that tasks are completed and information is generated professionally, accurately, and in a timely manner. Other duties include data entry, maintenance of spreadsheets and databases, shipping and receiving and general secretarial duties.  Associates degree in secretarial sciences or related field preferred. Prior filing, administrative and data entry experience required. Experience with a multi-line phone helpful. Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational, computer, and verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency using database systems, Adobe, and Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Publisher required.  Starts at $10.25/hour.

 

Recreation Coordinator: Responsible for the coordination, planning, and delivery of recreational and community activities for adults with disabilities. Must be motivated, creative, and innovative to provide a quality program. Must be flexible, able to work independently, and available to work evenings and weekends. Requires a high school diploma and a clean and valid driver's license. Experience in recreation, physical education, or working with people with disabilities preferred. Starts at $10.92/hour.

 

Shift Leader:  Looking for a proven leader to provide oversight and supervision to staff working in a residential setting supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. Coordinate assigned shifts when House Supervisor is not on duty. Provide residents with training activities of daily living, self-help, and communication and ensure that their needs are being met. High school diploma, ability to provide personal care and physical assistance, and a clean and valid driver’s license required. Prior supervisory experience preferred. Must be organized, reliable, flexible, and able to communicate effectively with direct support professionals and management. Starts at $10.92/hour.
